Additional fees
Shipping, plus any payment-processing fees. Shipping is free within Japan for standard-size works; large works are ¥11,000 within Japan (Okinawa excluded) and oversized works are ¥10,000 in Kanto or ¥15,000 in Chubu/Kansai. International shipping is a flat ¥12,000 for standard-size works. Areas outside these zones are quoted individually. The exact amount is shown at checkout — see our shipping policy.

Payment timing
Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Delivery timing
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of order/payment confirmation. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–5 business days within Japan for standard-size and large works, 5–8 business days for oversized works delivered by the gallery, and 10–15 business days for international orders. For framed or made-to-order works, we will advise separately by email.

Returns and exchanges

To request a return, contact hello@kumogallery.com within 30 days of delivery. Careful unpacking for inspection is allowed. Return the artwork in its original condition, with the original packaging, certificate of authenticity, and other accompanying items.

Standard framed artworks are eligible. Custom-framed, commissioned, and other made-to-order or personalised works are excluded from change-of-mind returns. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Kumo Gallery covers necessary return shipping and replacement shipping for damage, defects, or incorrect items present on delivery.

Report damage, defects, or incorrect deliveries promptly with your order number and photos; contact us for help if photos are not possible. Contact us before returning anything. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions and procedure. Your statutory rights are not limited.
