About the work
A small watercolour landscape: cultivated fields in green and ochre step back towards low blue hills, with a red-earth track cutting in from the left foreground.
Worked quickly and wet, with the paper left bare for the sky.
The work carries the signature “Kurao”; the artist is otherwise unrecorded. Supplied framed and matted, as photographed.
